A simple game prototype. It actually works! Have fun :)

The recently released Google Inbox app is a re-thinking of the email inbox experience that beautifully demonstrates Google's material design interactive animation language. This prototype focuses on the compose button's animation. Click the + to reveal a new state where a wave of buttons and labels float up, and the + becomes a pencil icon. It uses two states, with staggered animations.

This is a prototype that demonstrates you some of the capabilities of Proto.io. You are welcome to import this project and use these interactions in your prototypes. In this prototype you will see swipe animations in all directions.

This is a custom tablet prototype of my take on a popular carnival attraction called the shooting gallery. I wanted to show everyone how versatible and powerful the Proto.io tool is and demonstrate that anyone can make video games using Proto.io. I simulated a 10 second timer that counts down from 10 to 0. This is very simple to do. All you need to do is change the text property of the text value with a custom value and include a delay of 1 second. Then add a callback for the next number with a delay of 1 second. Repeat this until you get to the number 0. There is no need to use variables to simulate a timer. Tumblr has a very nice series of animations that happens when you enter the compose mode. I thought it would be interesting to recreate this in Proto.io to show others how to achieve these kind of effect in their own protototypes.
