It's an app designed to give Landlords of residential properties the tools they need to let and manage their own properties without the need for an agent. I'm struggling a bit with the UX and creating a professional looking design. Any advice would be appreciated! (It's unfinished by the way)

This UI (User Interface) prototype is the second iteration of the User Centred Design (UCD) for my university module. It shows how the pages are linked together. How interactive it is. The main reason for creating this prototype is to build it for the users by the users. It has functionality is so helpful in making the experience of listening to the music so joyous. Feel free to comment on it.
