I'm completely new to prototyping, app development and tech in general...but I've got an idea, and I'm trying to turn it into a real product using a lean startup methodology. I'm very interested to hear other people's ideas, advice and experiences.

It's an app designed to give Landlords of residential properties the tools they need to let and manage their own properties without the need for an agent. I'm struggling a bit with the UX and creating a professional looking design. Any advice would be appreciated! (It's unfinished by the way)
