I created a prototype of the UBER app for Android in order to demonstrate what is possible using Proto.io. This project was a massive undertaking as my goal was to simulate the user experience of what it would be like to order 4 different UBER cars in San Francisco. I plan on doing a full "behind the scenes" article on my website about the challenges I faced along the way simulating the UBER app in Proto.io. Special thanks to the awesome team at Proto.io for all of their tireless assistance along the way! If you are looking for an experienced Proto.io prototype engineer or are looking for tutorials and more information about Proto.io please visit my website: http://protonerds.com/

Basic shapes like rectangles, lines, circles, text and more are available and they can be dropped on the canvas to create the very first draft of a mobile app in order to demonstrate the flow and functionality of the app.

Designers can use their favorite design tools like Photoshop and Sketch to design the finest details of the user interface for their app. Single or multiple touch interactions can be applied on any UI element (layer) on each screen. Sophisticated animations can be created on-screen as well as screen transitions, using the powerful timeline animation features that Proto.io offers.

Using color adjustment and filters, I've simulated the iOS spotlight animation. Learn how you can apply these filters at https://proto.io/en/new-features/adjustments-filters/

Animated storyboard using low fidelity assets created in Proto.io, and icons found within the Proto.io library and Noun Project. The "On Screen Show" screen interaction is used to animate the content through a sequence of callbacks. See how this was made step-by-step in this webinar video on Low Fidelity prototyping: http://docs.proto.io/videos/low-fidelity-prototyping-with-proto-io/ TAGS: storyboard low fidelity auto-play
