This is a UX design prototype for Pandora's Android app (from October 2014), adding a "Driving Mode" and lateral navigation between stations from the Now Playing screen. I took a challenge to redesign Pandora's Android app or add features at my discretion. Focusing on the Now Playing screen where users probably spend most of their time, I identified two areas in which I wanted to improve its UX: station identification and navigation, and its user experience while on the go. This is a custom tablet prototype of my take on a popular carnival attraction called the shooting gallery. I wanted to show everyone how versatible and powerful the Proto.io tool is and demonstrate that anyone can make video games using Proto.io. This is prototype was created for the Net magazine article "Design Prototypes That Reel Real - with Proto.io. It includes a step-by-step written tutorial with screenshots here: http://www.creativebloq.com/web-design/design-prototypes-feel-real-protoio-21619311 It's a product concept for juxtaposing two photos and typing a caption about the connection between them. It should look like this. The tutorial starts with bringing in a range of external assets. Then it'll show how to design assets and customize native components within the tool. Interactions will be triggered by gestures, keyboard input, and automatically as the prototype loads, then choreographed along an animation timeline. Enjoy... The Virtual Fashion Assistant is an interactive screen designed to sit in the change room of a clothing store and help customers try variations or accessories to complete the look without leaving the change room – a store assistant brings you the items. The goal is the customer tries and buys more clothes. The interface has been designed to be display a 55 inch touch screen display.
