Using variables and conditional interactions to create a way to track how long you have hovered over a component and execute a sound once 5 seconds of hovering has been completed.

It's an app designed to give Landlords of residential properties the tools they need to let and manage their own properties without the need for an agent. I'm struggling a bit with the UX and creating a professional looking design. Any advice would be appreciated! (It's unfinished by the way)
