I created a prototype of the UBER app for Android in order to demonstrate what is possible using Proto.io. This project was a massive undertaking as my goal was to simulate the user experience of what it would be like to order 4 different UBER cars in San Francisco. This simple prototype demonstrates how have a container expand and collapse while moving adjacent content in sync.

Designers can use their favorite design tools like Photoshop and Sketch to design the finest details of the user interface for their app. Single or multiple touch interactions can be applied on any UI element (layer) on each screen. Sophisticated animations can be created on-screen as well as screen transitions, using the powerful timeline animation features that Proto.io offers.

If you need to get the Y position of a vertically scrolling container, create a text box. Then on the container scroll trigger, set a variable that evaluates the numerical callback value from the event (Y position). Then add a callback that changes the text property of the text box by reading from the variable.

This prototype is basically just a Snapchat login very well designed, with most of the replicable elements of their app.

This has been my longest and quite a challenging redesign project for IMDb whose prototype is pretty awesome and contains lots of stuff like Nested Containers, a bit of animation, some really beautiful visual elements and interactivity for you to explore! The Virtual Fashion Assistant is an interactive screen designed to sit in the change room of a clothing store and help customers try variations or accessories to complete the look without leaving the change room – a store assistant brings you the items. The goal is the customer tries and buys more clothes. The interface has been designed to be display a 55 inch touch screen display.
